Simon Casey

VP, Construction - North America, Vantage Data Centers

As vice president of construction, Simon Casey is responsible for the sustainable development of Vantage Data Centers’ campuses across western North America. In this role, he ensures that Vantage can safely scale its offerings to meet growing customer demand for hyperscale data center facilities, on time and within budget.

Casey has more than 30 years of global project development experience across the commercial, industrial and residential construction sectors. As construction program director for PGH Wong, he managed more than $1.6 billion of active construction projects at the San Francisco International Airport. Casey spent seven years as vice president with Centrix Builders where he was responsible for the firm’s vertical development projects, including the Palms, San Francisco, a 300-unit residential development in downtown San Francisco, which was named Real Estate Deal of the Year by the San Francisco Business Times.

Earlier in his career, Casey spent more than a decade directing vertical business and public sector development projects in London and across the Asia Pacific region for Regus, Jones Lang LaSalle and other organizations. Casey received a Bachelor of Science in quantity surveying from Glasgow Caledonian University, as well as a Master of Business Administration from the University of Warwick.

He earned a LEED-AP certification from the U.S. Green Building Council and is MRICS certified by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
