He has more than ten years of experience in the battery industry, having worked across different roles, applications and battery chemistries.
His expertise covers battery selection and sizing, performance and reliability, standards, failure analysis and monitoring, with a particular focus on UPS and data center environments.
Caretta holds a Master’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Trento.
