Rutgers mission is to provide unique and effective solutions that meet the demands of modern data centers. His impressive accomplishments include implementing multiple 40 MW+ temporary bridging power solutions and pioneering the first-of-its-kind liquid-to liquid cooled server testing solutions, with 100 MW load verification systems, showcasing his commitment to excellence and innovation.
His personal accomplishments also include being an NCAA Division III baseball national runner-up and national 3rd runner up. Outside of work, Rutger enjoys a fulfilling personal life with his wife, Emily, and their newborn daughter, Holland. A lifelong baseball enthusiast, Rutger played the sport throughout college and has since developed a passion for golf. He also loves skiing, hunting, and spending time outdoors with his family, often traveling to explore new places.
