Rocco joined Manulife in 2021, as the Assistant Vice President of Data Center Operations and Governance to provide the leadership vital to ensuring that the data center and infrastructure platform operations are coordinated, prioritized, and deliver quality outcomes combined with operational excellence.vHe is dedicated to achieving data center information technology (IT) economies and effective use of resources, under data center governance (DCG), by minimizing infrastructure expenditures and the duplication of activities among and between EI groups.

Rocco is responsible for the development of a governance framework, implementation strategy, and ongoing support of Manulife's raised floor computer rooms. This includes research and implementation of data center consolidation, migration plans, power and cooling, cost models and infrastructure lifecycle.
