Rhea Williams

SVP Hyperscale & AI, Riot Platforms, Inc.

Rhea joined Riot in 2025 as Senior Vice President of AI and Hyperscale Sales, responsible for all data center leasing across the company's portfolio. Since joining the team, Rhea has signed and expanded AMD as Riot's first hyperscale customer, with AMD naming Riot its preferred development partner, and is currently leading active lease discussions at the gigawatt scale across Riot's Corsicana and Rockdale sites. Rhea brings 15 years of hyperscale leasing and site selection experience to Riot, with a proven track record of driving billions in contract value across global markets. Prior to joining the team, Rhea served as EMEA Site Selection Director at Oracle, where she directed more than $3 billion in hyperscale infrastructure procurement and negotiated global leases totaling more than $1 billion across the EMEA region. Earlier in her career, she held senior commercial leadership roles at Compass Data Centers, NTT Global Data Centers, and Digital Realty Trust, where she was recognized as Rookie of the Year in 2016 and generated more than $50 million in contract value from existing enterprise relationships. Rhea is co-founder and board member of E3 Platforms, a powered land development platform delivering more than 2 gigawatts of capacity across strategic markets. She chairs the iMWomen West Coast region, speaks regularly at industry conferences including DCD Connect, and serves on the leadership committees of Yotta and DataCloud.
