Pratap Mane is an accomplished Corporate Real Estate leader with 42 years of experience spanning diverse industries and sectors such as Data Centres, Global Banks, Telecommunications, ITES, Real Estate developer, U.S. Government and Hospitality.

He currently serves as President & Country Head – India at Colt Data Centre Services, leading Colt DCS's India growth mandate — a multi-billion-dollar investment programme delivering a 250 MW hyperscale portfolio across Mumbai and Chennai.

His career includes senior leadership roles as Country Head – India & Board Director at Yondr, Head of Corporate Real Estate – South Asia at J.P. Morgan Chase, Deutsche Bank and Barclays Bank and Head of Real Estate at Bharti Televentures (Airtel), Tata Internet & ANZ Grindlays Bank.

He has built and led large multidisciplinary organisations, directing business strategy, capital allocation, investments, engineering design and delivery of mission-critical infrastructure for large corporates and global banks. A qualified Mechanical Engineer, he has further enhanced his expertise through professional credentials such as MRICS, MCR and CDCP.
