Nina Sadighi, PE, SMIEEE, has an impressive background in electrical infrastructure and power systems. At Tesla, she played a crucial role in developing the electrical infrastructure for Gigafactory Austin, overseeing the project from its inception to the production of the first vehicle. Her experience extends to Amazon, where she managed operational reliability and safety for over 1,200 facilities across North America, implementing centralized maintenance programs and arc flash mitigation strategies, while developing strategies for power reliability and sustainability.
As the Founder of Eradeh Power Consulting, Nina continues to lead advancements in power reliability, resilience, and sustainability, with a focus on emerging sectors such as data centers and AI. The firm’s expertise has attracted clients like NASA and SpaceX, and Eradeh Power has been selected by the City of Houston to strengthen the resilience of its critical infrastructure, working directly with city leadership and 23 departments.
