Michael O’Keeffe is the senior vice president of Global Services for Vertiv. A key part of Michael’s role is to ensure that the Vertiv service team operates efficiently across the globe, to support customers in all market sectors from large hyperscale data centers to industrial and transport applications, to retail and telecoms infrastructures. This includes dedicated training to continuously develop the service team’s technical capabilities to support power and thermal technologies in a wide variety of applications.
