Currently serving as Senior Director at Gaw Capital Data Center platform. Michael is responsible to develop and grow the company’s Data center portfolio in Asia region.
Michael has a distinguished track record of driving business transformation, scaling operations, and delivering consistent revenue growth. Prior to Gaw Capitial, Michael held senior executive roles at NeutraDC, AVEVA Solutions, Infor, and NTT Communications, where he led regional sales, channel strategy, and alliance development across Asia-Pacific and Japan. His leadership has consistently resulted in double-digit revenue growth, successful market entries, and award-winning team performance.
Michael is known for his entrepreneurial spirit, multilingual fluency (English, Mandarin, Japanese ), and ability to build high-performing multinational teams. He has lived and worked in Singapore, Japan, China, Thailand, and Indonesia, bringing a deep understanding of diverse business cultures and regional dynamics. He holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Physics Engineering from Osaka Prefecture University in Japan.
