Meredith manages real estate services for Toyota Motor Corporation, AON, Takeda, Chicago Bears Football Club, HCSC (Blue Cross Blue Shield), Lowe’s Home Improvement, Chicago Transit Authority, City of Chicago, CommScope, and Alight. Meredith was recently named Co-Leader of JLL’s Advanced Manufacturing Business to provide full real estate services through a newly formed Center of Excellence across the various industry sectors with specialized manufacturing needs, including aerospace, defense, aviation, data centers, automotive, life sciences, clean energy, and technology.

Meredith is the global leader of JLL’s Economic Incentives and National Site Selection division. She represents Toyota, overseeing site selection and economic incentives for their new battery manufacturing plant in Liberty, NC. This plant spans over 1800 acres and has a value of $13 billion. Additionally, she is working with PsiQuantum on their plans to become the anchor tenant for a quantum campus to be developed at the former site of US Steel South Works in Chicago’s Southeast Side.

Other noteworthy projects include Gotion's $2 billion battery plant in Manteno, IL, the 326-acre land purchase by the Chicago Bears Football Club in Arlington Heights, IL, T1 Energy and Koch Industries’ multi-billion dollar battery plant in Sandow Lakes, TX, Array Technologies for a new solar manufacturing facility in New Mexico, NorSun's $640 million solar wafer facility in Tulsa, the development of John Cockerill's Electrolyser Gigafactory in Houston, Lowe’s Home Improvement Global Technology Center in Charlotte, NC (creating 1,600 jobs), the joint venture between Toyota and Mazda for a $4 billion assembly plant in Huntsville, AL, Toyota Motor North America’s HQ relocation from California to Texas (7,000 employees), Mercedes Benz’s HQ move from New Jersey to Georgia, Conagra Brands’ HQ from Nebraska to Illinois, and Navistar on a $500 million truck plant in San Antonio, Texas, and their $125 million engine plant expansion in Huntsville, AL.
