Mario Sawaya
Senior Vice President, Global Head of Data Centers and Technology, AECOMMario is a Senior Vice President at AECOM where he is responsible for the global digital infrastructure and technology market across all services, including buildings, power, water, fiber, and transportation. AECOM currently provides digital infrastructure services in 45 countries, including design, project management, construction, commissioning, cost management, and more. In this role, Mario also leads AECOM’s global digital infrastructure strategy with a portfolio of $500M of consulting and construction services revenue. Before focusing on digital infrastructure, Mario’s career was built on delivering some of the world’s largest infrastructure capital development programs around the world, where he served in program management and other leadership roles. His unique global perspective and purview to aspects of digital infrastructure position him to strategically address the increasing intersectionality of the industry. Mario graduated from the University of Southern California where he earned a degree in Mechanical.
