Laura Rogers
Commissioning Department Manager, Morrison HershfieldLaura was named Young Mission Critical Engineer of the Year at the DCD Global Awards in 2018 and one of the Building Commissioning Association’s (BCxA) 20 Under 40 winners in 2020. She is currently the Commissioning Department Manager with Morrison Hershfield’s Mission Critical team.
Laura has quickly become recognized as a leader in the industry, through her roles as an engineer and a commissioning agent on large-scale data center construction sites, and as a project manager with some of Morrison Hershfield’s largest clients. By playing an active role in the commissioning and retro-commissioning of buildings, Laura aims to ensure that systems are working as intended, in the most efficient way possible. Optimizing the energy efficiency of the built environment is critical in achieving environmental targets and having a positive impact on climate change.
