Kevin Coughlin, P.E. serves as a Vice President at Atwell with approximately 20 years of Mission Critical, Power and Industrial/Commercial new build experience. He currently leads Atwell’s Mission Critical strategy and execution while providing subject matter expertise to Atwell’s AI/Hyperscale, Neocloud, Colocation, Cloud, Edged and Early-Stage development clients. His experience in power and land spans the full project lifecycle, from initial site selection and due diligence through final engineering, permitting, and construction, giving him the foundation to solve complex client challenges by leading integrated teams of land and power professionals across Atwell's platform.
