John Rhoads
Chief Technical Officer, ModiusJohn joined Modius from Accenture where he was a Managing Director leading built environment technology for North America. He was a founding member of Accenture’s global sustainability consultancy in 2008, building and leading the built environment practice. In this role he advised clients across all aspects of design, construction and operations. His work supports building faster, better and cheaper critical infrastructure with a focus on power and cooling. He is a globally recognized expert on selecting and deploying advanced technologies, at scale, to make buildings and infrastructure more efficient and sustainable. In addition to his advisory work, he brings deep proficiency in the engineering and construction space gained from his experience leading growth operations at AECOM. Prior to completing his MBA (Chicago Booth), he worked in the defense and industrial automation industries as an electrical engineer (BS Tulane) and Physicist (MS Johns Hopkins). He currently lives in San Diego with his wife and two kids.
