John has worked at the Reserve Bank for 30 years in various roles in  IT, data centre operations and business continuity, and as the Manager, IT Operations for the last three years. He has completed certifications in Data Centre Design and Management and is on the board of the Sydney chapter of AFCOM (Association for Computer Operations Management).
