Director of Global Operational Standards, Risk, and Compliance, Iron Mountain Data Centers

Jim Henry is the Director of Global Operational Standards, Risk, and Compliance at Iron Mountain Data Centers, and leads the organizations Information Security, Business Continuity, Quality, Energy, and Environmental Sustainability Compliance Programs, as well as Enterprise Data Center Risk Management and Operational Standards for IMDC’s 25+ locations worldwide.

Jim has been with Iron Mountain since 2016 holding various technical and leadership roles within the organization. He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), a Certified Data Center Risk Professional (CDRP), is ITIL v3 certified, holds an Executive Certificate from Florida Atlantic University in Geopolitical Analysis, and is a qualified ISO lead auditor for various management system frameworks, and holds numerous technical licenses and certifications in cybersecurity and radio frequency (RF) engineering. He is also a member of InfraGard, a partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and members of the private sector for the protection of U.S. Critical Infrastructure.
