A graduate and post-graduate of the Oxford School Architecture ( UK ) in both Architecture and Built Resource Studies ( Architectural Regeneration and Development ) with distinctions and a Chartered Architect ( QP ) in the UK and Singapore, Jeffrey Allan is a Director and lead Architect and Urban Designer of AWP Pte Ltd ( Singapore ) and its associate companies. His professional affiliations include the Royal Institute of British Architects and Singapore Institute of Architects. Committed to environmentally sustainable design ( ESD ) he is a qualified Green Mark Manager ( GMM ), with multiple Gold, GoldPlus and Platinum project awards for ESD.​

He is an award winning and published architect with over 26 years of experience through projects in the Commercial, Hotel, Industrial, Science and Technology, Institutional & Education, Master Planning, Leisure and Residential sectors. Commissions from Multi National Companies ( MNC’s ), Government Departments, Private Clients and Contractors have allowed him to provide architectural and planning services in Britain, China, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam and more recently the Middle East and Africa.​

In addition to a diversity of regional Commercial, Institutional, Residential and Master Planning commissions he has been directly involved in many of Singapore’s more recent multinational specialist industrial, science and technology (IST) projects and master plans for data centres, bio-science manufacturing facilities and logistic parks.​

As a design and technical director, he is involved in projects from the earliest stages of assisting the client with their ‘Briefing & Programming’ needs and land selection, through ‘Concept and Detailed Design’, Authority Submissions to ‘Tender & Construction’, ‘Testing and Commissioning’ and ‘Final Completion’.
