James began his career in ITAD in 2005, entering the industry as it matured into a critical component of enterprise IT strategy. His early experience at organizations such as Lifespan Technology and Quality Services laid the foundation for his consultative approach to IT asset lifecycle management. At Liquid Technology, he partners with C-suite executives and data center operators at Fortune 500 companies and global enterprises to develop comprehensive IT asset disposition strategies that mitigate risk, ensure regulatory compliance, and convert retiring infrastructure into measurable financial return.
As Director of Sales, James manages strategic client relationships across North America and internationally, developing customized ITAD programs that address each organization's unique security requirements, operational challenges, and sustainability goals. His expertise has been particularly valuable in guiding enterprises through major infrastructure transitions, including large-scale data center decommissioning projects and cloud migration initiatives that require meticulous planning, chain-of-custody documentation, and auditable processes.
