Jacob Paugh
Senior Director - Global High Tech, Chemtreat, a Veralto CompanyJacob Paugh is Senior Director of Global High Tech at ChemTreat, where he leads the
company's mission-critical and high-tech markets, including data centers,
semiconductor manufacturing, and microelectronics. He is responsible for driving global
strategy with a technical focus on the water and fluid chemistry that support thermal
management and process water systems, including condenser and chilled water
systems, closed-loop cooling, high-purity water, and heat transfer fluids.
He joined ChemTreat in 2008 and has more than two decades of experience in
industrial water treatment. His expertise spans specialty chemistries, water conservation
and reuse strategies, technical business development, and commercial leadership
across complex industrial markets. He holds a M.S. in Environmental Health from East
Carolina University.
