Henry Harris

Henry is Chief Strategy Officer at AtlasEdge, where he leads the company’s corporate strategy, including future expansion opportunities, M&A, site selection and real estate. Prior to joining AtlasEdge, he was Vice President, Legal M&A at Liberty Global, where he played a key role in shaping the European Corporate Development strategy and led legal work on telecoms, media and infrastructure transactions. He later served as Managing Director of the Group Legal Function, overseeing public and private M&A deals and outsourcings worth over €100 billion. Henry began his career as a corporate lawyer, spending eight years at Allen & Overy LLP with a focus on Private Equity, and four years at Lovells LLP (now Hogan Lovells). Outside of work, he is a passionate cricket and rugby fan, and a keen—if admittedly average—tennis player, runner and cyclist. He also enjoys travelling whenever he gets the chance.
