He has been responsible for teams of up to 20+ taking care of facilities totaling up to 2 million square feet. He has built teams from the ground up and have taken over teams, refined their daily operations to drive efficiency, and moved on to the next business need.

With BGIS’s Global Critical Environment Team (GCET), Don has established himself as the SME for Critical Environment Transitions. These Transitions focus on bringing new client operations online for BGIS business. These can be existing teams in currently running Data Centers or new Data Centers where the Operations Program needs to be built from the ground up. The areas of focus in a Transition include (for example) recruiting/hiring, financials, procedures, processes, uniforms, scheduling, and mentoring of new managers and team members. He has also established himself as an individual that is able to evaluate the operations and team in a CE FMS program that is having challenges, determine areas of opportunity, create an action plan to achieve success with those areas of opportunity, and implement the plan. Don enjoys what he does and shares his enthusiasm with the great people that he works with.
