Damien McCants is an Advanced Technology leader at DPR Construction. He provides strategic oversight supporting our clients’ mission critical and core business drivers serving as a strategic partner and advisor. Working with mechanical equipment manufacturers and contractors, as well as general contractors, Damien leads business development in the mission critical market.

He has spent 23 years specializing in MEP systems, the backbone of critical structures. Through his work he has developed strong client relationships in the mission critical, Federal, and healthcare markets. His technology management expertise ranges from project management to quality control, interfacing at each step with clients, consultants, engineers and service providers. He has led the design and construction of critical systems from award winning projects to secure facilities.

Damien holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration from Virginia Tech. He is also a LEED AP, a member of the Virginia Tech Mechanical Engineering Advisory Board as well as the Policy Watch Committee for the 7x24 Exchange DC Chapter advocating for positive change for the industry and climate.
