Craig Deering

Craig is a Licensed Architect and the Director of Construction for CPG. As Director of Design and Construction for a public REIT, Craig managed the project teams and processes that delivered over 2 million GSF/150MW/$1B of data center development in three markets in under five years.

Craig has extensive experience in employing design thinking; lean construction principles; prefabricated or DFMA elements; in use of advanced work packaging; in creatively meeting accelerated schedules. He is a subject matter expert for site selection, strategic planning, project delivery, facility resilience and sustainable/high performance buildings.
