Cassten Everidge

Applications Engineering Manager, Stored Energy Systems

Cassten Everidge is the Applications Engineering Manager at Stored Energy Systems (SENS), where he applies deep technical expertise to on-site power generation, genset starting systems for data centers, and DC power systems that support mission-critical infrastructure. He partners closely with engineering, facility teams, and OEMs to solve complex reliability challenges and align power system designs with demanding real-world operating conditions.

Cassten holds a mechanical engineering technology degree from Purdue University and began his career at the world’s first commercial-scale plastics-to-fuel plant. After that, he spent time at CIE Solutions, where he designed battery systems for commercial electric vehicles, aerospace platforms, and spaceflight programs. His work has included lithium battery module design that meet stringent aerospace safety standards, custom cooling systems for hi-rel environments, and custom battery management system integrations.

Beyond SENS, Cassten is an inventor and entrepreneur with six patents. He founded TrackTune, an audio streaming app built for motorsports fans, successfully exiting the company in 2024. He also founded Grit Athletic Innovations, where he designed and patented a robotic training system for professional quarterbacks and secured seed funding to bring the technology to market.
