Senior Vice President of Operations, CEI ModularAs senior VP of operations for Cupertino Electric, Inc. (CEI), Bruce Baxter is a member of the executive leadership team, drives operational excellence and oversees some of the most innovative data center projects being built in the U.S. today.
Baxter is focused on meeting the needs of customers who want to maximize speed and lower the cost of traditional data center construction. Throughout his 40-year career, he has focused on trends and technologies to drive labor, material, QA/QC, safety, and cost improvements.
While at CEI, Baxter founded the company’s modular business, established field development programs, secured key partnerships, pioneered processes, obtained ISO 9001 certification, and established industry-leading commissioning programs.
