Bernard Lecanu
Managing Director, BL International ConsultantBernard Lecanu began his professional Career as a teacher, after 5 year of which he joint AMP Group (Now part of Tyco) where he continue for 15 years and became Division Director.
Between 1984 and 1993 he was Managing Director of different companies for the BICC Group mainly in South Europe for components and cables activities. He had his own company in the information system business until 1995 and joint Siemens Group,he was appointed Managing Director for France and their French Africa, south America and part of Asia pacific market for OSP products from 1996-2002 he was Vice President International for Outside plant product ,and his capacity among other responsibilities, he was responsible for the Data center Market ,and launch with his team a number of Data center projects in Europe ,middle east and Asia pac. Since 2002 , he is managing the consulting company BL International consultant specializes in the field of access network and transmission ,Marketing and Industrial strategy. He was the vice President of the UK Data center association (CHA) he is member of the European commission group for implementation of the European code of conduct. He was one of the founder and Chairman of the European Data center Association and now Honorary chairman of it.
Bernard Lecanu hold an MBA, he is author of several papers .He writes a French book use in many business school “Diversifier ses canaux de vente pourquoi et comment” he has spoken at a various European forum about Data center market including united Sates, China and Singapore.
Recently B.Lecanu have been request to participate to the French Digital Agency
