Vice President of Engineering, BrainBox AIWith over two decades of experience in the energy sector, Andy began his journey as an intern at Old Dominion University's Industrial Assessment Center (IAC), where he developed a passion for energy conservation and efficiency. While honing his skills in mechanical design engineering, Andy specialized in HVAC and control systems across diverse sectors, including data centers, life sience, pharmaceutical, commercial, industrial, education, and healthcare.
Transitioning into performance contracting with Schneider Electric, Andy spearheaded energy-saving projects, securing $40M+ in contracts across multiple states. During his tenure at Trane's largest independent franchise Brady Trane, he rose to Director of Energy Services within their energy services group, overseeing a $30M+ P&L and leading a multidisciplinary team spanning engineering, sales, operations, and measurement and verification (M&V).
Throughout his career, Andy has been dedicated to driving innovation and delivering tailored solutions to optimize energy usage and operational efficiency across sectors.
