Systems Product Manager, Trane

Andrew Jenkins is a Systems Product Manager for Trane Commercial, responsible for developing and maintaining the HVAC systems product strategy and supporting the commercialization and continuous improvement of systems.

He has spent more than 18 years at Trane in roles of increasing responsibility. He began as a Product Support Engineer for Airside products before moving into the Airside Marketing Engineer role, where he helped revamp Mobile TOPSS/TSA and led user testing and training. He later served as Channel Support Leader, managing critical projects, standard work, and the product support team.

As a Catalog/Semi‑Custom Product Manager, he supported the transition from Lexington, KY, to Columbia, SC, partnered closely with strategic offices and pricing teams, and led the development of Trane’s Fan Coil Wall offering. Most recently, as Terminal Products Portfolio Leader, he led the Product Growth Team and set growth strategy, including investment prioritization for key product lines such as the Hydronic Branch Conductor.

Andrew holds dual degrees from the University of Kentucky: a B.S. in Electrical Engineering (2007) and an MBA (2008). He is active in AHRI and ASHRAE, where he has served as Chapter President.

Outside of work, Andrew swims with the local U.S. Masters Swim team and enjoys time with his wife, Megan, and their sons, Conrad and Charlie, especially on trips to the beach, Disney World, and University of Kentucky sporting events.
