Mr. Miros is a licensed general construction management professional, certified Uptime

Institute® accredited tier designer and a certified DC Pro® data center design specialist - with

a clear understanding of integrated design/built, sustainable infrastructure projects in the

mission-critical data center, electronic manufacturing, water treatment, healthcare, financial

service, and adaptive-historic-rehabilitation sectors. He has over 30 years of private and

public sector experience developing major at-risk capital improvement projects and 20 years

in leadership roles for 4 international A/E/C organizations. Walter has been a resident of

Santa Clara, California for the last 5 years after proudly serving the previous 8 years for

esteemed multinational firms in the Asia Pacific Japan region. Walter joined CPI Group in

2022.
