Her expertise spans land acquisition, asset disposal, Build-to-Suit models, Sale & Leaseback schemes, logistics portfolio transactions, and data center projects.
Farazia's notable achievements include the acquisition of approximately 100 hectares of industrial land for electric vehicle production in eastern Jakarta, and 60 hectares in Cikarang, Bekasi for General Motors' joint venture with SGMW and SAIC, establishing an automotive manufacturing facility for Wuling. Recently, she facilitated a 40-hectare logistics portfolio transaction in Greater Jakarta and managed multiple data center expansions for companies entering the Indonesian market, totaling up to 100 hectares of land.
