Erick Hadi
Founder, Nusantara Data Center AcademyErick Hadi has been involved in the data center market since 2012, when he was appointed Managing Director of Rittal Indonesia, where he leveraged data center technologies to boost business use cases throughout the country's extensive vertical industries.
He has been actively sharing his knowledge with various groups of people for over a decade, educating them on Society 5.0, Data Centers, Cloud Computing, Big Data, A.I, Computer Vision, Robotics, Blockchain, and digital economy inclusions. By 2023, Erick have spoken for over 10,000 hours in various professional forums and stage settings around Asia.
Erick founded Nusantara Data Center Academy in 2022 with the vision ofestablishing an
industry-ready workforce in accordance with national industry requirements and international standards, assisting the industry in providing skilled manpower to various data center stakeholders in Indonesia, while also carrying out skills development to reduce underemployment, increase productivity, and improve living standards.
Since 2023, Erick has collaborated with non-profits, academia, corporations, communities, regulators, and industry groups to address the massive digital talent concerns facing the data center industry.
He is presently the Head of Talent Development and Industry Certifications for the Indonesian Data Center Provider Organization (IDPRO).
