Elena Schlossberg
Grassroots Coordinator, Coalition to Protect Prince William CountyBorn in Washington DC, Elena Schlossberg moved to Fairfax Virginia at the age of 4. She holds a BA in Psychology and an MA in School Counseling from Marymount University. While her educational background is in the social sciences, having moved to the Rural Crescent in Prince William County in 2002, her activism has revolved around smart growth policy and conservation. She learned the important role land use decisions play in sustainability and quality of life for all residents in Prince William County.
Elena established the Coalition to Protect Prince William County, a 501(c)4 in December 2014. For nearly a decade, The Coalition has been instrumental in bringing to light concerns about the data center industry, such as power demand and land use.
