Chris Dove Jr. is a results-oriented talent acquisition leader with deep expertise in building long-term talent pipelines, driving community engagement, and aligning workforce strategies with business growth. Currently serving as Director of Talent Acquisition at Stream Data Centers, Chris leads strategic recruitment initiatives and fosters partnerships across academia, industry, and workforce development organizations to scale talent for mission-critical infrastructure.

Prior to Stream, he held the same title at Aligned Data Centers, where he sharpened his focus on developing scalable recruiting systems, championing veteran and technical hiring pipelines, and elevating the brand’s presence at national conferences and forums. Chris was employee number 97 and helped Aligned Data Centers scale to 1000+ employees globally before being acquired for $40 Billion USD. 

Chris is an active contributor to education initiatives and community networks, particularly within the data center and military spaces. Chris is formerly known as a Navy Nuclear Electrician's Mate and continues to be a champion for the Nuclear community.
