US Chair - Armed Forces, Infrastructure Masons

Alison leads the US Chapter of the Armed Forces Community with the following objectives:
- Build the veteran community in IM – Attract and support active duty, military spouses, veterans, guard, and reservists to join Infrastructure Masons and collaborate within the community and industry.
Raise industry awareness – Establish effective communication to increase awareness among veterans, support organizations, and military institutions.
- Promote training and transition programs – Encourage inclusive programs for veterans, military spouses, guard, and reservists to participate, regardless of technical experience.
- Promote education and development – Inform active duty, military spouses, veterans, guard, and reservists about internships, education opportunities, scholarships, and careers.
- Industry programs and Military Support- Work with the industry to ensure they are best set up to help veterans enter the industry and have thriving careers.
