DDC Solutions, a leader in data center cooling and management technology, has been selected by Hudson Interxchange (Hudson IX), a provider of retail and wholesale co-location services, to introduce state-of-the-art cooling technology at the iconic 60 Hudson Street data center in New York.

Cato Digital, a leading provider of bare metal GPU servers, will be the inaugural customer, offering powerful servers housed within DDC cabinets to meet their customers' agentic and inference AI requirements in the New York area.

In the project, Hudson IX will install a high-density cluster of DDC S-Series V4 cabinets while expanding a hall within their 60 Hudson Street facility. The S-Series cabinet is a cutting-edge air and liquid-to-the-chip-ready cooling solution that provides hot side and cold side containment at the cabinet level.

Each cabinet has an integrated heat exchange and is scalable from 15 kW up to 600 kW+ of heat abatement per cabinet, supporting traditional IT workloads and the requirements of AI and high-performance computing.

The cabinet provides unparalleled asset protection with NEMA 3R certification to protect from water damage, built-in fire suppression, and extensive cabinet-level monitoring via DDC’s DCIM software.

Hudson IX customers benefit from exceptional deployment flexibility due to the S-Series’ ability to accommodate both roll-in and rack-mounted servers, support any density over time, and deliver combined air and liquid cooling on a single platform.
