A former enterprise data center is up for sale in Maryland.

Sat on just under five acres, the property is described as a single-story, 62,335 sq ft (5,790 sqm) data center. Equipment and infrastructure are included in the sale.
The data center features a redundant 750kW Liebert UPS in a 2N configuration, with 1.8 MW of capacity designed in an A/B configuration. The site has two existing feeds from diverse BGE substations, is equipped with three diesel backup generators totaling 4.5MW of capacity, and comes with 32 Liebert Deluxe III CRAC Units and 32 Liebert roof-mounted heat rejection units.
The site, built in 1987 and renovated in 2014, is said to be scalable on the power side.
According to the sales brochure, the site was historically occupied as a healthcare enterprise facility, with the tenant exiting the facility at the end of 2024.
Online listings suggest it was health insurance firm CareFirst. It’s unclear when the company moved into the site.
