Together AI is reportedly in talks to raise around $1 billion in funding.
The AI cloud company is in talks with investors and seeking a valuation of $7.5bn, as reported by The Information, which cited two people familiar with the matter.
The valuation would be more than double that of last year, with the company raising $305 million in Series B funding with a valuation of $3.3 billion in February 2025.
To date, Together AI has raised $537 million, with investors including General Catalyst, Kleiner Perkins, Nvidia, and Lux Capital.
According to The Information, among the investors in talks is Aramco's venture arm, Prosperity7 Ventures, which is considering a "significant investment." The company is seeing around $1 billion in annualized revenue, the sources said, which is a more than three times increase from its rate in mid 2025.
Together AI has not provided a comment to the publication.
Founded in 2022, the self-described AI acceleration cloud company both leases chips from other cloud providers and re-leases them to developers, and is buying its own servers to rent from its data centers. Details about Together AI's data centers are sparse, but the company's documentation says they are located in North America.
In September 2025, the company launched "Together Instant Clusters," a service that automates GPU cluster provisioning, giving customers access to clusters from a single node with eight GPUs to larger systems with hundreds of GPUs.
The AI cloud announced a partnership with Hypertec in November 2024 to co-build a cluster of 36,000 Nvidia GB200 NVL72 GPUs, and launched in February 2025 Together GPU Clusters powered by Nvidia Blackwell GPUs.
The company also provides access to the H200, H100, and A100 GPUs, all of which are interconnected with InfiniBand and NVLink. Together AI says it can scale from 16 to more than 100,000 GPUs.
