The Australian unit of Stulz has acquired the UPS and computer room air conditioning (CRAC) service division of Melbourne-based Fusion Energy Group.
Stulz Oceania has established a new subsidiary, Stulz Oceania (Power), for the distribution and servicing of UPS systems.
As part of the transaction, Stulz gains Fusion’s customer base, assets, and expertise. Other details of the deal were not shared.
John Jakovcevic, managing director at Stulz Oceania, said: “It reinforces our commitment to providing UPS solutions, especially with our Swiss-made Centiel UPS product range. We are thrilled to Launch Stulz Oceania (Power) which positions us as a comprehensive solutions provider in the market.”
He added that the acquisition aligns with the company’s wider goals of expanding its footprint and contributing to the data center industry.

Stulz Oceania is part of the Hamburg-based Stulz Group, specializing in air-cooling solutions for mission-critical applications and UPS solutions.
The company’s current product line includes its CyberRow, MiniSpace EC DX, CyberAir 3PRO CW, and CyberLab cooling systems.
Headquartered in Sydney, Stulz Oceania also has locations in Brisbane, Australia; Melbourne, Australia; Adelaide, Australia; Perth, Australia; and Auckland, New Zealand.
