An office and data center building in Shreveport, Louisiana, is up for sale at auction.

Via LoopNet and Ten-X, Beth King Real Estate is listing 525 Milam Street as up for auction. The starting bid is $2.5 million, with the auction kicking off on July 7.

Set on 5.7 acres, the 14-story building totals 249,215 sq ft (23,153 sqm). Built in 1950, the property includes an in-place generator and a data center on the second floor with Liebert units, UPS backup, and a Halon fire suppression system.

Precise specifications of the data center weren’t shared – but a previous sales brochure suggests it totals around 4,025 sq ft (374 sqm).

The office tower, located in downtown Shreveport, will be delivered vacant. Once the headquarters for the Arkansas–Louisiana Gas Company, the site was later occupied by the successor company CenterPoint Energy.

According to Beth King Real Estate, the site was previously sold in 2023 to an ‘out-of-state investor’ who planned to develop it. It was previously on the market around 2020 for $2.4 million.

Another office and data center building, in Tacoma, Washington, is also up for sale.

Clover Capital Real Estate is listing 2320 Pacific Avenue for sale or lease. The facility is available for $9.95 million.

Built in 1928 and renovated in 2002, the two-story property totals 46,500 sq ft (4,320 sqm).

The site includes an 800kW generation and connectivity to three fiber providers. The data center is available “immediately,” while the upper offices can be made available, according to the listing.
