A man has been arrested in Raleigh County, West Virginia, following complaints of larceny in the Harper Heights area at a cellular telecommunications tower site.
As reported by Register Herald, the man faces multiple charges after being arrested last week.
In a post on Friday, Raleigh County Sheriff's Office named the suspect as 49-year-old Russell R. Hoffmeyer.
Hoffmeyer was arrested at the scene, confirmed Sheriff Frank Priddy and Chief Deputy Frankie Shelton.
The man was arrested on multiple charges, including obstruction, fleeing on foot, entry of a building other than a dwelling, grand larceny, damage to public utility property, contravening the Critical Infrastructure Protection Act, and illegal burning of solid waste.
Further details about the incident were not disclosed, such as the cost of the damage.
