European infrastructure and IT company Jiliti Group has acquired French cloud provider Naitways.

Terms of the deal have not been shared.

The acquisition is hoped to strengthen Jiliti's expertise in the life cycle management of on-premise or cloud IT infrastructure.

Jiliti Group is based in France and has been operating for more than 40 years. The company employs more than 820 people across 16 countries and offers services including infrastructure architecture, transformation, operational management, maintenance, and the recycling of IT infrastructures.

Jiliti acquired IT infrastructure company StorTrec in July 2023.

Naitways, launched in 2008, is a French cloud provider, offering its cloud platform in the Paris and Lyon regions of the country. The company counts 250 SMEs among its customers.
