Lumina has not made an official announcement to that effect, but several news outlets have cited registration documents accessed through CRE Matrix, an Indian real estate data analytics company.

Anil Reddy, Lumina's CEO, has also reposted the article written by The Economic Times on LinkedIn.

Blackstone announced that it was launching the Indian data center platform in November 2022, stating at the time that there was 600MW in planned data center capacity.

Most of Blackstone’s investments in the country are located in the western state of Maharashtra, of which Mumbai is the capital.
