DataPipe, a global provider of managed hosting services, has announced that it is expanding to Shanghai, China.
"Our global strategy is client driven," said Robb Allen, CEO of DataPipe. "Many of our clients are expanding their operations in China and are requesting managed services to support this growth. Our clients prefer a single provider solution and rely on us to deliver consistent service levels and expert support across the enterprise and around the globe."
The Shanghai expansion follows the establishment of DataPipe Asia in Hong Kong in December, 2005. "Shanghai is a regional expansion," added Allen. "We continue to see strong demand for Hong Kong and just completed an expansion of our data center facilities there."
DataPipe has additional data center facilities in Newark and Somerset, New Jersey; San Jose, California, US and London, UK.
