Via LoopNet, DRK and Company Realty is offering 7420 Worthington Galena Road in Columbus, Ohio, for sale. The listing price is $1.7 million.

Sat on 1.2 acres, the standalone single-tenant property includes an office, data center, and warehouse. The 11,000 sq ft (1,020 sqm), single-story facility was reportedly built around 1971.

The current tenant is an IT service provider with just under four years remaining on the current lease term. The site generates $127,300 in annual rent.

The building was leased to what was previously ThinkCSC, a local IT services firm.

Founded in 1992, ThinkCSC was acquired by Ideal Integrations, a cloud and cybersecurity services provider, in 2023. Ideal then merged with 1Path late last year and now operates under the Red Helm name.

The site is 100 percent leased to multiple tenants and available for $11.55 million.

Set on 5.3 acres and built in 1981, the three-story facility totals 85,550 sq ft (7,945 sqm).

The data center, commissioned in April 1995, totals 7,120 sq ft (660 sqm). It is served by a total of four power feeds from two substations.

Construction design and consulting firm Guernsey is based at the site, which it uses as its headquarters. The company has been present there for more than a decade.
