Sat on 1.2 acres, the standalone single-tenant property includes an office, data center, and warehouse. The 11,000 sq ft (1,020 sqm), single-story facility was reportedly built around 1971.
The current tenant is an IT service provider with just under four years remaining on the current lease term. The site generates $127,300 in annual rent.
The building was leased to what was previously ThinkCSC, a local IT services firm.
Founded in 1992, ThinkCSC was acquired by Ideal Integrations, a cloud and cybersecurity services provider, in 2023. Ideal then merged with 1Path late last year and now operates under the Red Helm name.
