Data center services provider CoreSite has taken aboard three new high-level executives to its management team, including the former technology chief at TD Ameritrade Trust.

Denver, Colo.-based CoreSite builds data centers and provides wholesale and retail colocation services in the US.

It currently operates more than two million square feet of data center space in the country.

Chuck Price, who has joined CoreSite as the company's SVP of IT, was formerly head of technology at TD Ameritrade.

In his new role, Price will oversee CoreSite's overall techno0logy strategy and development, management and security of all internal and external IT systems and applications, according to a CoreSite news release.

Prior to joining TD Ameritrade, Price filled C-level roles at Fiserv Investment Support Services, Requisite Technology, Syngistix and Net Library.

The second new addition to CoreSite's executive team is Chris Bair, who is now responsible for sales and revenue growth for all CoreSite offerings.

He joins CoreSite after tenure as VP of sales and marketing at Qualifacts Systems. Prior to Qualifacts, Bair held sales and operations positions at SunGard, Inflow and Time Warner Telecom.

CoreSite's new SVP of capital markets is Rob Sistek, a former senior associate to the Carlyle Group, the private equity company that owns CoreSite.

In his new role he will be responsible for structuring and executing the company's debt and equity capital markets transactions in addition to overseeing its treasury functions.

His other previous positions include VP of capital markets at DCT Industrial Trust and other roles at ProLogis and GMAC Commercial Mortage.
