The 86,400 sq ft (8,000 sq m) data center, located at 2425 Technology Blvd, is leased long-term to Texas-based edge and colocation provider DartPoints. It is the company’s only facility in Indiana.

DartPoints took over operations at the facility when it acquired Immedion in May 2021. The data center, built in 2008, was previously managed by Data Cave until the company was acquired by Immedion in 2018.

DartPoints acquisition of Immedion saw the company triple its footprint and gain eight new facilities in seven markets throughout South Carolina, North Carolina, Ohio, and Indiana. The company now has nine facilities totaling more than 200,000 sq ft; as well as Columbus it operates data centers in Ashville, North Carolina; Columbia, Ladson, and Spartanburg, Greenville, South Carolina; one in Dublin, and two in Cincinnati, Ohio.
