CoStar and Savills report that CBRE Investment Management has bought the freehold of Cloud House, at 1 Muirfield Crescent in London's Docklands, from Abrdn for £48.65 million ($61.48m).
According to Savills, Digital is contracted to lease the site until 2048 and is paying £2.86 million ($3.61m) in rent annually.
