French power firm Baudouin has launched a new range of diesel generators for the data center industry.
The company said it is working to expand its offerings and will now offer an integrated solution for data centers.
The gensets for data centers are powered by two key platforms, the M33 and M55 series, with outputs ranging from 2000 kVA to 5250 kVA.
The company said: “By offering complete gensets and leveraging our Uptime Institute pre-approved units, we can now target larger data center operators that demand fully type-tested generator solutions from a single brand.”
Baudouin added it will soon be launching its 20M55 genset with a power output ranging from 4250 kVA to 5250 kVA.
Marseille-headquartered Baudouin specializes in the design and manufacture of engines for marine and power generation. It was acquired in 2009 by Chinese manufacturer Weichai Power for $3.8 million.
The firm now has manufacturing facilities in India, China, Russia, Italy, Germany, France, and the US.
