Pennsylvania-based data center provider Alerify has partnered with AI cloud provider Zadara on an AI Edge platform.

Zadara offers private, sovereign AI cloud infrastructure based on Nvidia GPUs. Through the agreement, Alerify will combine its data center infrastructure and cloud platform with Zadara's offering, creating a sovereign AI solution in Pennsylvania.

“We chose Zadara because our clients deserve AI solutions that are private, secure, and designed around their business,” said Andy Kochanowski, PhD, founder and CEO of Alerify. “Zadara shares our values of security, scalability, and innovation. Together, we’re going to give businesses access to the power of AI while ensuring their data stays private, local, secure, and compliant. This partnership allows us to deliver all the benefits of the cloud without the risks or the continuously increasing costs.”

The AI cloud will be deployed in Alerify's Harrisburg data center. According to Alerify's website, the facility is Tier III-standard. It is located at 2330 Vartan Way, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Alerify acquired the data center in August 2024 from Elevated MSP. The facility is a two-story building, spanning 68,830 sq ft (6,400 sqm), and has a number of tenants alongside Elevated MSP.

“Partnering with Alerify represents a powerful alignment of mission and technology,” said Yoram Novick, CEO of Zadara. “Organizations need AI infrastructure that delivers performance without compromising sovereignty or cost. By combining Zadara’s sovereign AI cloud with Alerify’s innovative AI Edge platform, we’re giving our joint customers a secure and scalable foundation to accelerate their AI strategies on their terms and under their control.”

Zadara is a distributed AI cloud provider with more than 500 Edge locations worldwide. In November 2025, the company announced it was working with UK-based Harbor Solutions to launch a sovereign AI cloud platform with Nvidia GPUs for Australian and New Zealand-based customers, having previously partnered in the UK.
