The funding round was led by San Francisco-based Greenoaks Capital and saw participation from RTP Global and Unicorn India Ventures.

Nava will use the funding to build out its GPU fleet and AI data center capabilities, as well as hire staff to help with data center design and GPU engineering across India and Singapore.

The company aims to target enterprises building AI models and will offer GPU-as-a-Service and bare-metal compute, adding that it is already in "advanced discussions" for its offerings.

“This is an important phase for us. We started as a software-first GPU cloud company, but are now building a full-stack neocloud platform,” co-founder and CEO Abhinav Sinha told the Economic Times India.

Madhur Makkar, principal at RTP Global, said: “As one of the earliest backers of the company, we have seen [founders] Abhinav, Vamshi, and Abhijeet execute with strong clarity and speed in a highly complex space. In under a year, this team has demonstrated exceptional execution and is strongly positioned to address the growing need for purpose-built AI infrastructure across Asia.”

Bhaskar Majumdar, managing partner, Unicorn India Ventures, added: “We are witnessing a structural shift with AI driving demand for compute infra and GPUs, a critical part of the overall value chain. As a deep tech investor, we back companies across the AI value chain, and Nava fits well within this strategy. The team has demonstrated strong early growth, and we see clear demand for their cloud infrastructure offerings."

Nava was founded as Kluisz.ai in 2025 by Abhijeet Singh, who was previously VP of cloud technology and infrastructure at Jio; Abhinav Sinha, former COO and CPO at OYO; and Vamshidhar Reddy, an ex-McKinsey partner and former AMD employee.

Originally based in Bengaluru, India, Nava has moved its headquarters to Singapore as the city-state has seen "more mature data center deployments." The company maintains a "strong execution base" in India.

Prior to the Series A round, Nava secured $9.6m in funding in a round led by RTP Global.
